ATLAS RE Capital acts as an advisory and strategic support firm in the structuring and monitoring of real estate investment strategies. Its role is to provide operational, analytical and ESG expertise in support of entities responsible for fund management and regulatory oversight.

Investment analysis and preparation

  • Contribution to technical, legal, ESG and financial analyses,
  • Participation in transaction structuring,
  • Support for investment committee preparation.

Operational support

  • Asset performance monitoring,
  • Contribution to leasing and technical strategy implementation,
  • Support for transformation projects (works, repositioning, ESG).

ESG & sustainability

  • Integration of ESG criteria in analysis,
  • ESG indicator monitoring,
  • Participation in energy improvement plans,
  • Contribution to SFDR Article 8 reporting.

Financial analysis & monitoring

  • Participation in business plan preparation,
  • Economic performance monitoring,
  • Cash flow analysis,
  • Stakeholder coordination.

ATLAS RE Capital does not engage in fund management or direct asset management. Investment and management decisions rest exclusively with duly authorised entities, in particular the AIFM.
